The total area of responsibility is 415 rai 1 ngan 73 square wa.<br>\n&#160; &#160; &#160; &#160;Chandrakasem Rajabhat University developed from a high-school teacher training school to Chandrakasem Teacher College, Chandrakasem Rajabhat Institute and Chandrakasem Rajabhat University with history and development in order as follows;<\/p><span class=\"line\"><\/span><\/div><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-63298a8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-toggle\" data-id=\"63298a8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"toggle.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle\" role=\"tablist\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 id=\"elementor-tab-title-1031\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1031\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"\" class=\"elementor-toggle-title\">Secondary Teacher Training School<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h5>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1031\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1031\"><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Chandrakasem Rajabhat University, formerly known as &#8220;High School Teacher Training School&#8221; which was a school that teaches at the high school teacher training level, received students who have graduated from elementary teacher sentence teacher training school and students who have completed grade 8 secondary school to continue their studies in order to advance their status from primary school teacher certificate teachers to higher secondary teacher certificate teachers.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Secondary Teacher Training School founded on September 9, 1940, opened in the academic year 1941. It is a coeducational school, that is, men and women study together with Mom Luang Manit Chumsai as the first headmaster.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 At the beginning, the Secondary Teacher Training School did not have a building to study, so they used the place at Phetchaburi Wittayalongkorn Teacher Training School near Soi King Phet. Later, it was moved to a roadside building in the Chandrakasem Palace area which is behind the Ministry of Education as a place to study. Therefore, it is affectionately called &#8220;Por Mor. behind the ministry&#8221;.<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 1948, Teacher Kamol Phaopichit was appointed as the 2nd Principal.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>In 1954, Teacher Chok Sukantawanich was appointed as the 3rd principal.<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 1958, Teacher Prayut Sawasdising was appointed as the 4th Principal.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 id=\"elementor-tab-title-1032\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1032\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"\" class=\"elementor-toggle-title\">Chandrakasem Teacher College<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h5>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1032\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1032\"><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>The Ministry of Education announced the upgrade of \u201cHigh School Teacher Training School\u201d to \u201cTeacher College\u201d and to change the curriculum for producing high school teacher certificates teachers to produce higher education certificate teachers (Higher Secondary Education Certificate). And the Ministry of Education has built a teacher&#8217;s council office in the area where the secondary teacher training school is located. Secondary Teacher Training School therefore moved to a new location in Soi Sangkhawattana 2 (Ladprao 23), Ladyao Subdistrict, Bang Khen District, Phra Nakhon Province, on an area of 89 rai 88 square wa. In this land, Khun Ya Sun Panichheng donated the land to Wat Samian Nari and Wat Thewa Sunthon, subsequently, the Department of Teacher Training asked for a rental to be organized as an educational institute, and renamed as &#8220;Chandrakasem Teacher College&#8221; because it used to be in the Chandrakasem Palace area. And the last year of producing high school teacher sentence certificate teacher who is a teacher trainee student, class 18.<br \/><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">In 1960, Teacher Sanong Singhaphan was appointed as the 5th Principal.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 1965, Teacher Pong-in Sukkhajorn was appointed as the 6th Principal.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 1970, The position of &#8220;Principal&#8221; was changed to the position \u201cDirector\u201d (special class)<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 1972, Khunying Boonchawee Phrommopakornkit was appointed as the 1st director.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 1974, Teacher Sanong Singhaphan was appointed as the second director.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 1975, the Teacher College Act of 1975 was announced in the Government Gazette resulting in the position \u201cDirector\u201d was changed to \u201cChancellor\u201d. The government department in the college consists of the office of the bishop and the school which includes the Faculty of Education, School of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Faculty of Science. The faculties consist of departments. The Higher Education Diploma changed to Bachelor of Education.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 1976, Teacher Wisit Chumworthayee was appointed as a chancellor.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 1985, the Teacher College Act (No. 2) of 1984 was announced in the Government Gazette, causing Chandrakasem Teacher College to be included in the\u00a0 &#8220;United College of Rattanakosin&#8221; group which the Teacher College Act (No. 2) B.E. 2527 has assigned the Teachers College to form a group for the benefit of working together. And the Teacher Training Council issued the regulations on the Teacher College Group in 1985. The Teachers College group then evolved into a &#8220;University College&#8221; and Chandrakasem Teacher College was under the &#8220;University of Rattanakosin College&#8221;. <\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>In 1985, Chandrakasem Teacher College was established for the 45th anniversary on September 9, 1985. Associate Professor In Srikun was appointed as the chancellor of Chandrakasem Teachers&#8217; College.<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>In 1989, Associate Professor Thongkoon Hongpan was appointed as the chancellor of Chandrakasem Teachers College.<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 1990, Chandrakasem Teacher College was established for the 50th anniversary on September 9, 1990. Professor Banchob Bandhumedha donated the Banchob Bandhumedha Library to Chandrakasem Teacher College.<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 1991, Chandrakasem Teacher College was selected by the Ministry of Education as an outstanding educational institution with a royal award at the higher education level.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 1992, His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej bestowed a new name for the Teachers College as &#8220;Rajabhat Institute&#8221; on February 14, 1992, so Chandrakasem Teacher College was changed to &#8220;Chandrakasem Rajabhat Institute&#8221;.<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 1994, Assistant Professor Preecha Sethithon was appointed as the chancellor of Chandrakasem Teacher College.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 id=\"elementor-tab-title-1033\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1033\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"\" class=\"elementor-toggle-title\">Chandrakasem Rajabhat Institute<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h5>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1033\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1033\"><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 1995, Rajabhat Institute Act announced in the Royal Gazette on January 24, 1995, Mr. Chuan Leekpai, Prime Minister, who counteracted the Royal Command and took effect on January 25, 1995, to change from &#8220;Teacher College&#8221; to &#8220;Rajabhat Institute&#8221;. <span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u201cRajabhat Institutes shall be institutions of higher education for local development with the objectives of providing academic and advanced education, conducting research, providing academic services to society, improve transfer and develop technology, preserve arts and culture, produce teachers, and promote teacher academic standing.\u201d Especially in the production of graduates, every Rajabhat Institute can produce graduates higher than bachelor&#8217;s degree.<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The title of \u201cRector of University\u201d was changed to \u201cPresident of University\u201d. Assistant Professor Preecha Sethithon held the position of &#8220;Acting President of Chandrakasem Rajabhat Institute&#8221; from January 25, 1995.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 1997, His Majesty graciously appointed Associate Professor Suwannee Srikhun to be the President of Chandrakasem Rajabhat Institute on December 12, 1997.<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 1999, Chankasem &#8211; Sahapanich Education Center was opened at Sahapanich School, Soi Sukhumvit 101 (Punnawithi), Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok.<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 2000, Chandrakasem &#8211; Chai Nat Technical Education Center was established.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>In 2001, Establishment of Chandrakasem Education Center &#8211; Minburi<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 2001, Mr. Somsak Wayanan, Director of the Office of Academic Promotion Council and member of Chandrakasem Rajabhat Institute, was appointed acting as the President of Chandrakasem Rajabhat Institute.<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 2002, Associate Professor Mantara Thammabut, Dean of the Faculty of Education and also a council member of Chandrakasem Rajabhat Institute was appointed acting as the President of Chandrakasem Rajabhat Institute.<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 2002, His Majesty graciously appointed Associate Professor Thuen Thongkaew as the President of Chandrakasem Rajabhat Institute on November 9, 2002.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 id=\"elementor-tab-title-1034\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1034\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span was published in the Royal Gazette on June 14, 2004 and came into effect on June 15, 2004, announcing &#8220;Rajabhat Institute&#8221; as &#8220;Rajabhat University&#8221;.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 2004, Associate Professor Manop Brahmanachot took the position of Acting President of Chandrakasem Rajabhat University.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 2005, His Majesty graciously appointed Associate Professor Manop Brahmanachote to be the President of Chandrakasem Rajabhat University on January 11, 2005.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 2005, there was an announcement from the Ministry of Interior on January 20, 2005 that Chandrakasem Rajabhat University could use it for government purposes in Phraek Sriracha Subdistrict, Sankhaburi District, Chainat Province on an area of approximately 326 rai 85 square wa, to be the location of the Chandrakasem-Chainat Rajabhat University Education Center. <\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>In 2005, there was an announcement in the Royal Gazette on March 9, 2005 on the establishment of a government department in Chandrakasem Rajabhat University, Ministry of Education for 10 agencies including the Office of the President, Faculty of Agriculture and Biology, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Management Sciences, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Education, Research and Development Institute, Office of Resource and Information Technology, Office of Arts and Culture, and the Office of Academic Promotion and Registration.<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 2006, the university opened the Graduate School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Graduate School and offered a Doctor of Philosophy course Good Governance Development Program.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 2009, Associate Professor Dej Putcharoenthong, a member of Chandrakasem Rajabhat University Council, was appointed as Acting President of Chandrakasem Rajabhat University.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In 2009, His Majesty graciously appointed Mr. Suchart Muangkaew to be the President of Chandrakasem Rajabhat University on December 28, 2009.<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><br
