The Chandrakasem Rajabhat University (CRU) is a tertiary educational institution offering post-diploma certificate and degree education starting from bachelor's degree to master's degree and Ph.D levels. Founded in 1940, the Chandrakasem Rajabhat was Thailand's first training school of secondary teachers.

The institute offers undergraduate study for full-time and part-time students. Part-time study is partly restricted to employed personnel. Graduate study is offered on weekends. General Admissions
For undergraduate level, the institute admits students who possess a high school (grade 12) certificate from general or vocational schools. Students who obtain a 2-year associate degree may seek to persue their study for bachelor's degree in some offered majors. All students are required to pass the insitute's entrance examination. The academic year at Rajabhat Institute Chandrakasem is divided into two semesters for full-times students and three semesters for part-time students.
